Moseley Sports CenterFitness ProgramsWater ExerciseThis class will emphasize correct posture, muscle endurance and strength conditioning through low impact cardio exercises in the water. This class is excellent for those with joint problems, limited range of motion or mom’s to be! Time and Days: MWF 12-1pm Hatha YogaLearn the basics of yoga poses and breathing while you improve your flexibility, balance and strength. No previous experience necessary, everyone welcome! Poses will be taught with varying levels of difficulty to accommodate all ability levels. Mondays 5:30-6:30pm, Atwood Center Art Room PilatesPilates focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body but doesn’t build bulk. We will be working toward building a balanced body and improving posture. This Pilates class is designed to teach the beginner proper postures and breathing techniques while still challenging move advanced participants through various modifications. Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:30-2:15pm, Atwood Center Art Room |
